Training in food quality


Our training programs are based on the findings of over forty years of research by Uta and Siegfried Lübke and their successors Urs Hildebrandt and Angelika Lübke-Hildebrandt. This research is being continued by us, now in the second generation, and flows into our consulting activities as well as our training programs.

The aim of the food quality training is to provide producers and consumers with a tool that allows them to see the inner quality of food with the help of various measurements and Pfeiffer-Lübke chromatography.

Our training in food quality enables anyone interested: from farmers to entrepreneurs, food traders to housewives, from university professors to schoolchildren, to gain a comprehensive picture of the inner quality of food.
