Feasibility Studies: together with our clients, we collect existing data, consider which prerequisites for restructuring and new buildings, or new purchases of technology, etc. are available or need to be created; in some cases a generational change needs to be considered; review of the existing infrastructure in terms of economy and ecology, etc.
Conception: we provide our clients with decades of theoretical and practical experience, in order to develop sustainable concepts - that are successful - both economically and ecologically, and always place the social needs of our customers at the centre. This applies to ‘traditional’ farms as well as to composting systems, permaculture systems, agroforestry systems, etc.
Planning Design: we draw up all necessary plans, either in-house or with our partner companies, as well as with our clients partners.
Submission: submission plans must be legally compliant, which is why our many years of experience and expertise (in agriculture and compost management) are an important safeguard for our clients. After all, plans and submission documents must comply with the applicable law.
Negotiations w/authorities: for the farmer, entrepreneur and many others, it is difficult and time-consuming to keep up to date with the latest legislation, subsidy programmes, etc. We are therefore happy to provide our expertise in this area. However, we also provide support in cases where there are problems with the authorities, and goodwill solutions need to be found.
Calculation: depending on the situation and requirements, we work with our clients to develop financial plans - which can either be based on ONE investment project and/or be tailored to global longer-term business development. We also support our clients in situations that can be financially tricky, such as generational changes, major farm restructuring, conversion from conventional to organic farming, etc.
Call for Tenders: we develop and provide the following services: tender templates, calculations, cost estimates, legal requirements, construction award analyses, etc.
Subsidies: we are always up to date with the latest information on relevant subsidies.
Site management: many companies have painfully experienced in the past, how construction errors can be very expensive. Our many years of experience and expertise (composting plant construction, berry plants, orchards, tree plantations, stables, etc.) ensure that all necessary measures are implemented professionally.
Invoicing: if desired, we can review and verify financial documents of external service providers.
Turnkey sites: we also support comprehensive projects, from planning to realisation.
International charitable projects: together with partner organisations, we develop and support international development projects in Africa and South America.
